If the Saalt Menstrual Cup is positioned incorrectly, it can put pressure on your urethra or bladder. It may feel like you have to urinate often or can feel like a weak urine stream, where it can take a long time to empty your bladder. Either way, changing the position of the cup should help relieve this pressure. You’ll want to be sure that you are positioning your cup to match the natural slant of your vaginal canal. To do this, try inserting your cup more horizontally toward your tailbone.
