About this deal

The weakest aspect of the OneOdio Monitor 60 wired headphones is the one that's probably most important to you: sound quality. I am notoriously bad at judging comfort due to my overly sensitive scalp, but I find the A10 to be quite uncomfortable due to the headband having very little padding. Incredible Sound Quality: Custom 40mm large-aperture headphone drivers for the A Series offers clear, natural, and balanced audio quality that’s decent for most music genres, a robust sound that perfectly balances clarity with just the right amount of bass. Just turn the headphones on, pair them up in the Bluetooth settings page on your phone, and you’re ready to start listening to music. The headphones have a 500mAh battery capacity, and on a single full charge with ANC turned on, it could provide about two days of usage (approx.

In Zeromus by the Black Mages you can clearly hear the main issues that the A70 have: the treble is way too emphasised and peaky, which makes them quite fatiguing. So as well as being a great pair of headphones for music, the OneOdio A Series provides excellent noise cancellation for everyday use and also for when it’s required when travelling on airplanes. The Pro 50 won in the bass department, as it not only had more bass, but it also had deep, tight, articulate bass, which added more boom and punch to the presentation. Whilst I haven't tried the headphones out for any serious gaming, latency on videos is pretty much lip synchronised. They're never going to challenge a pair of " design without compromise" headphones, but you wouldn't/shouldn't expect them to.Audiophiles across the globe understand how frustrating it can be to spend their hard-earned money on commercial headphones without receiving the desired quality of sound. Soundstage extends mostly laterally with virtually no depth and has limited width in any case, though it’s better than expected considering these are closed-back headphones. The earcups on both sides rotate inwards and fold flat to fit the case, minimising their day bag or suitcase footprint. Cranking up the volume helps as the OneOdio Monitor 60s do a solid job of avoiding distortion, but if you're a perfectionist, you'll miss the key moments.

Much like other Bluetooth headphones or TWS earbuds, setting up the OneOdio A30 is pretty straightforward. Midrange is quite recessed in the lower and middle regions, and especially in the latter one where there’s a vast chasm. I tried it out, and I was able to get nice volume and good sound quality on the second pair of headphones I connected. Experiencing the superb hi-res audio with dual built-in high-quality 40mm drivers, A Series exclusive bass boost technology conducts a real-time analysis of the low frequencies to instantly strengthen the bass output. Listening to the song Clique by Big Sean, Jay-Z, and Kanye West, the bass was still a little too elevated for my taste, but it was very detailed and far from one note.

That said, despite the heavy dollop of bass, Dan Fagen’s vocal was pretty natural and clear, as were the background singers.

This extends to an extra 35-40mm either side, which gives the profile ample customisation to suit heads of any size, and the teeth hold it in place very securely. Despite the clean nature to the sound signature, trebles are not too bright - there's texture and finesse to tams, shakers and cymbals, without ever sounding shrill or edgy.It does sound okay with some electronic music and it’s plenty of fun, but it also ends up being excessive with tracks that already have a large bass presence in them. There is no accompanying app with these headphones, like there is with, say, 1More headphone products, which offer 12 EQ presets, nor is there any partnership with something like the third-party SoundID app, a path taken by Grell, for example. For my music selections, I played a bunch of tracks from the “Audiophile 101-MQA Masters Edtion” playlist via the Tidal App.

If you're looking for a pair of professional open-back headphones that deliver great sound quality and extreme comfort, the OneOdio Monitor 80 is a great option. Naturally, one of the big draws for over-ear headphones is their sound isolation; partly due to their enclosing fit, but mainly because of the ANC technology built in. This is the Creative Outlier Pro, made by Creative, known for their Soundblaster sound cards and T-Series Speakers.

While that means a person on the other side might hear you quietly typing on a keyboard, you’ll avoid sounding muffled.
